Privacy Policy

Last updated June 19, 2026

Panagia Press is a small Orthodox Christian book ministry. We ask for as little as possible, and we keep it that way. This page explains plainly what happens to anything you share here.

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you choose to type into the “Request a copy” form: your name, phone number, the number of copies you’d like, and an optional note. That’s all. We don’t ask for your email or address, and the site has no accounts to sign up for.

Why we collect it

We use what you send for one purpose only: to contact you and help a copy of The Gift reach you. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with advertisers or any third party for their own use.

How your request is handled

When you submit the form, your message is delivered to us as a notification (by Telegram and email) so we can follow up personally. It is not saved in any database on this website — it lives only in that notification, kept just long enough for us to respond, and then it’s on us to discard it. To deliver and protect the form, your request passes through our hosting and messaging providers (Cloudflare, and an email-delivery service), who handle it on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across the web. The site is served by Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to keep the site secure and to run the spam check that protects the form. The images and video on the page are served directly from this site — there are no third-party trackers embedded.

Children

Our books are for children, but this website is meant for parents, guardians, godparents, and parishes. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us their information, let us know and we’ll remove it.

Your choices

Because we don’t keep your information in any database, there’s very little to manage — but you’re always welcome to ask what we have, ask us to delete a message you sent, or simply not use the form. You can reach us through the request form on the home page.

Changes to this policy

If anything about how we handle information changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.

In short: we collect your name and phone only, use them once to get you the book, store nothing in a database, and share nothing with anyone else.
